Resetting a J794 scanner in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise

You can reset a J794 scanner by disconnecting and reconnecting it.

You can reset a J794 by disconnecting and reconnecting it.

  1. Disconnect the power supply.
  2. Disconnect the host USB cable. Wait 3 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the host USB cable.
  4. Reconnect the power supply.
  5. Scan the pairing barcode on the cradle and put the scanner in the cradle for 5 seconds.
  6. Try scanning a package barcode again.
