Updating the SigWeb certificate for the signature pad for PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyTrack Enterprise or SendSuite Tracking
If you are prompted to update the SigWeb certificate for the signature pad, select Yes.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound
If you see a prompt stating that the SigWeb certificate is expiring (the date and days remaining may differ) on a workstation that has the signature pad connected and installed, update the certificate.
- Select Yes at the prompt.
- Select OK to confirm. The certificate will be updated.
