Editing a package status in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise
You can edit a package status if you need to change its settings.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound
You can edit a package status if you need to change its settings.
- Select Settings > Package Statuses.
- Select the edit icon next to the status you wish to update.
- Update the status as needed.
- Select Save & Close.
Changing the order of the statuses
- Select Reorder Statuses.
- Click and drag on the reorder icon to move the statuses up or down.
- Select Save & Close.
