Editing a package status in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise

You can edit a package status if you need to change its settings.

Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound

You can edit a package status if you need to change its settings.

Select Settings > Package Statuses.
Select the edit icon next to the status you wish to update.
Update the status as needed.
Select Save & Close.

Changing the order of the statuses

Select Reorder Statuses.
Click and drag on the reorder icon to move the statuses up or down.
Select Save & Close.
