Adding an international shipping carrier in PitneyShip Pro

If your company is multi-national, you may need to add shipping carriers for locations in other countries.

Companies and organizations with offices in more than one country may need to add shipping carriers for their office locations in those countries. Usually this will be performed by a system administrator.

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

  1. Select Settings > Carriers.
  2. Select Add Carrier.
  3. From the Location Country menu, select the country of the carrier that you wish to set up. You will only see this menu if you have already set up one or more locations in a country other than the one where you reside.
  4. In the Carrier Display Name field, enter a name for the account.
  5. From the Select Carrier menu, select the carrier.
  6. Under Access Level, select which divisions and locations will have access to this account:
    • Enterprise: All divisions and locations
    • Division: Select the desired divisions
    • Location: Select the desired locations
  7. Complete the rest of the information. Required information varies by carrier.
  8. Select Add Carrier.
