Cleaning the printheads on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000
You can clean the printheads at any time to ensure optimal print quality on your SendPro MailCenter.

You can clean the printheads at any time to ensure optimal print quality.
- Select Settings under Mailing on the Home screen.
- Select Hardware.
- Select Printer.
- Select the Print head tab.
- Select the Clean button. Printhead cleaning takes approximately one minute. A progress bar indicates the cleaning status.
- Once the cleaning process is complete, you will be prompted to print a test pattern.
