Beeping noises on the SendPro MailCenter 1000, 2000, and 3000

Hold the power button in for ten seconds, keep the meter off for one minute then reboot it to resolve beeping noises.
Products affected: SendPro® MailCenter 1000, SendPro® MailCenter 2000, SendPro® MailCenter 3000


The SendPro MailCenter is making a constant beeping noise and will not boot up.


There is an internal hardware fault.


A reboot may resolve the issue. Follow these steps to reboot the machine:

  1. Hold the power button in for 10 seconds.
  2. After everything has been off for 1 minute, press the power button to power back up.
