The email to authenticate your Your Account profile did not arrive

Learn how to resolve the issue when you have comepleted registration for a Your Account profile but the authentication email has not arrived.

Issue

You have completed the registration for your Your Account profile, but the authentication email did not arrive.

Resolution

  1. Check your email junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com.
    • This email can take up to 30 minutes to arrive.
  2. Have the email address transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com added to your address book and resend the email.
    • Companies with high network security may need to have transactional@emails.pitneybowes.com added to their approved recipient list.
