Resolution

Solution 1: Confirm the email was not received

Check your junk or spam folder and perform a search for the email address [email protected]. The email can take up to 30 minutes to be received.

Solution 2: Confirm Pitney Bowes is added to your safe sender's email list

Ensure the email address [email protected] is added to your address book and resend the email. Companies with high network security may need to add the email address [email protected] to their approved recipient list
