Issue

When signing in to Your Account the message "You have not completed your account registration" appears.

Cause

A Your Account profile was created for the email you are using to sign in but the profile was not activated.

Resolution

  1. Select Resend Email to resend the authentication email.
  2. Validate the email address by selecting the link from the authentication email is sent.
    • Check your junk or spam folder if the email is not received.
