Learn how to invite colleagues to share access to Your Account. Invited users can register with their details but can access the accounts linked to your online profile.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the profile icon and click Manage Accounts.

  3. Select Invite a colleague.
  4. Enter your colleague’s name and email address and click Send Invitation.
  5. An Invitation email is immediately sent.
  6. Your colleague must select the link in the email and complete their registration to access the same account details.
