Viewing your payment history in Your Account

Sign in to Your Account to view any payments that were made and see what invoices they were allocated to.

Sign in to Your Account to view any payments that were made and see what invoices they were allocated to.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Billing and click Invoices and Statements.
  3. Select Payment Activity.
  4. Select the account type to view payment activity for:
    • Invoices: For your lease, rentals, supplies & software payments
    • PitneyWorks: Payments to your PitneyWorks line of credits
  5. A list of payments for that account type appears.
