New Spend Summary report View By option - Spend Category
The Spend Category is now available as a Group By option in the Spend Summary Report. Possible values for Spend Category include Return Label, Delivery Label, Manual Transaction, Voided Shipment, and Voided Stamp. If a return label or stamp is voided, it will be categorized as Voided Shipment / Voided Stamp. When selected as a Group By option, this field can be exported in Excel and CSV formats and included in scheduled reports via SFTP and Email.
Enhanced customization for View By Columns
We've made it easier to customize your reports by allowing you to rename and reorder View By columns. This means you can now fully tailor your reports to fit your needs.
You can edit the View By options directly, needing at least one character when renaming, with the same maximum limit as other columns. Select and rename fields as needed, and save edited fields as the default with the Reset option.
Some fields, such as Division, City/State, Locations, Products, Carriers, Users, and Custom fields, can't be edited. Changes are specific to each tab (e.g., Sending, Receiving) and don't carry over between tabs. Renamed fields will show up in the UI, exported reports, and Favorite Reports. For Scheduled Reports, you'll need to update the report manually to see the new names. Edits won't show in Global Filters or Dashboard Views.
Quick steps
- Click the View By column menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and click View By Options.
- Select the edit icon to change the name of the column you wish to rename.
- Make your changes and click Save.
Added a Weight Break field in Shipment Details Report
We've added the Weight Break field to the Shipment Details Report. This field shows weight data for both Stamps and Shipments, including all types of transactions. By default, this field will be de-selected.
You can export the Weight Break field in Excel and CSV formats, and it will also be available in scheduled reports via SFTP and Email. Not available will be shown in the Weight Break column for manual transactions. The Weight Break Group by field in the Spend Summary report has been updated with better groupings. The Weight Break column will display weights in ounces for all transactions.
We've also fixed the sorting logic for the Weight Break column. Now, users can sort it in either ascending or descending order numerically.

Surcharge rule change
We have updated the surcharge rules to address issues with flat fee surcharges for batches of mail or multi-part shipments. To fix this, surcharges are now applied on a per-piece basis rather than to the entire batch.
Similarly, for multi-piece shipments, surcharges are applied to each package or label rather than the entire parcel. An indicator has been added to the UI to show that surcharges are calculated per piece. This change does not affect existing client rules.
Manual transactions - authorize users to Add, View, and Delete transactions
Currently, users can add, view, or delete transactions. To enhance control and flexibility, we are introducing more granular role-based access.
We will now have two distinct features:
- Manage Manual Transactions: Allows users to add, import, or delete transactions.
- View Manual Transactions: Allows users to view, add to favorites, schedule, or export records.
As part of this change, users with Admin or Custom roles will be assigned the Manage Manual Transactions permission. Users with the User role will be assigned the View Manual Transactions permission.
New field in Shipment details Report
We've added the Sender Email field to the Shipment Details Report. By default, this field will be de-selected. You can export this field in Excel and CSV formats, and it will also be available in scheduled reports via SFTP and Email.
