Login Timeout error on the PitneyTrack mobile app

Check to make sure the mobile device is connected to a network and check the date and time are correct if the Login Timeout error appears.

Issue

Login Timeout error appears when you are logging in to PitneyTrack mobile app.

Resolution

  1. Check to make sure the mobile device is connected to your Wi-Fi network or is connected to Ethernet if you use a cradle. If the device is not connected, please check Settings to reconnect. If you have issues reconnecting, please contact your IT team to troubleshoot the connection issues.
  2. Check the date and time are correct. If the date and time are incorrect, check Settings to adjust the date and time.
