Login Timeout error on the PitneyTrack mobile app
Check to make sure the mobile device is connected to a network and check the date and time are correct if the Login Timeout error appears.

Issue
Login Timeout error appears when you are logging in to PitneyTrack mobile app.
Resolution
- Check to make sure the mobile device is connected to your Wi-Fi network or is connected to Ethernet if you use a cradle. If the device is not connected, please check Settings to reconnect. If you have issues reconnecting, please contact your IT team to troubleshoot the connection issues.
- Check the date and time are correct. If the date and time are incorrect, check Settings to adjust the date and time.
