Improved Column selection in Shipment Detail Reports
To make it easier for users to find and select relevant fields, the column selection process in Shipment Detail Reports has been reorganized. As the number of available columns has increased, this update organizes related fields, such as shipping and cost details, into logical categories. It updates some column names for improved clarity and consistency.
There is no impact on existing saved or scheduled reports; they will continue to function as before with their current column selections. However, any new reports or favorites created will use the updated column layout and naming conventions, making it easier to navigate and customize report views.
User-level Custom Fields now supported in Shipment Detail Reports
Shipment Detail Reports now support user-level custom fields, making it easier to filter, view, and export personalized data. These fields are included in the global filter and column picker, enabling users to customize reports according to their specific needs.
You can search and select values for filtering, and the fields will appear at the end of the column list in reports. They’re also available in scheduled and favorite reports. Users can create up to 10 custom fields per form, edit names and values, and control access. If a field is deleted or deactivated, it will be removed from reports, even for past data. Reactivated fields will reappear in reports, including historical ones.
This update gives users more flexibility and control over how shipment data is organized and analyzed.
