Restarting DeviceHub in PitneyShip Pro
DeviceHub may sometimes stop or go offline and need to be restarted.

DeviceHub may sometimes stop or go offline and need to be restarted.
Windows
- Open DeviceHub (Start > All Programs > DeviceHub > DeviceHub).
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select Restart DeviceHub.
Mac
- Find the DeviceHubDH icon in the Mac OS menu bar.
- Right-click on the DH icon and choose Reconnect.
- Once the DeviceHub icon reappears, hover your mouse over the icon to see the connection status and wait until it shows an Online status.
