"Permission Required" message on a Tracking Assistant in PitneyTrack Inbound

If the message Permissions Required appears, allow the permissions for PitneyTrack Inbound to use the Camera, Location and Storage.

Issue

The message "Permission Required" appears on the Tracking Assistant after logging into PitneyTrack Inbound.

Resolution

  1. Select the Applications menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Apps and notifications.
  4. Locate the PitneyTrack app then select Permissions.
  5. Allow the permissions for Camera, Location and Storage.
