"Permission Required" message on a Tracking Assistant in PitneyTrack Asset, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyTrack Enterprise
If the message Permissions Required appears, allow the permissions for PitneyTrack Asset, PitneyTrack Inbound, or PitneyTrack Enterprise to use the Camera, Location and Storage.

Issue
The message "Permission Required" appears on the Tracking Assistant after logging into PitneyTrack Asset, PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise.
Resolution
- Select the Applications menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps and notifications.
- Locate the PitneyTrack app then select Permissions.
- Allow the permissions for Camera, Location and Storage.
