Zonos Declaration ID and Access Key Support for Canada Post (CPC)

To support compliance with updated U.S. customs regulations, we’ve introduced a new feature that enables the use of Zonos Declaration ID and Zonos Access Key for international shipments from Canada to the U.S. via Canada Post (CPC). This enhancement helps users meet the requirement to prepay duties on all U.S.-bound postal shipments. Zonos automates this process by partnering with carriers to collect and remit duties to U.S. Customs.

Key Points:

• Zonos Declaration ID must be entered when creating shipping labels for U.S. shipments.
• Zonos Access Key should be added on the Carriers page to enable CPC integration.
• If the Access Key is missing, users will see a “Configuration Missing” prompt to guide setup.
