Dedicating a locker in ParcelPoint Smart Lockers

You can dedicate a locker to a department or an individual recipient. This ensures packages for a recipient or department are always available in a defined locker.

You can dedicate a locker to a department or an individual recipient. This ensures packages for a recipient or department are always available in a defined locker.

  1. Click Lockers > Manage Lockers.
  2. Click Dedicated Locker Mode.
  3. Select a locker.
  4. Select Individual Recipient or Department.
  5. Enter the recipient's name or select the department, then click Assign Locker.

Canceling the dedicated locker

  1. Click Lockers > Manage Lockers.
  2. Click Dedicated Locker Mode.
  3. Select the locker you want to remove the dedicated status from.
  4. Select Unassign Locker.
