Creating a return request for an asset in PitneyTrack Asset
If you want to return an asset you can create a return request and reserve a locker to store it in.

As a mailroom administrator or locker operator, you can reserve a locker for returning an asset.
- Find the asset you wish to update:
- If you know the Asset ID:
- From the Manage Assets tab, enter the asset ID in the Find an Asset box and press Enter.
- If you do not know the Asset ID:
- From the Asset menu, select Asset List.
- Use the filters and search box at the top to locate the asset you wish to update.
- If you know the Asset ID:
- Select the arrow next to the asset you wish to edit to expand it.
- Select Edit.
- Select Return in the Activity Type field.
- Select the person you want to collect the asset from the Pick Up Person field.
- If necessary, select the locker bank you want to return the asset to in the Locker Bank To Return field.
- Select the desired locker size (small, extra small, medium, large).
- Select Save or Save & Print.
