Managing inbound carriers in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise
If you use inbound carriers that are not on the included list, you can add custom inbound carriers. You can also edit and delete them, if necessary.

If you use inbound carriers that are not on the included list, you can add custom inbound carriers. You can also edit and delete them, if necessary.
Adding a custom inbound carrier
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- Select +Add Inbound Carrier.
- Enter the name in the Name field.
- If necessary, select the Sites at which the carrier should be available.
- Select Save, Save and Close or Save and add another.
Deleting a custom inbound carrier
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- Select the delete icon next to the carrier you wish to delete.
- Select Delete to confirm.
Editing a custom inbound carrier
- Select Settings > Inbound Carriers.
- If necessary, select your Site.
- Select the edit icon next to the carrier you wish to update.
- Update the name as needed.
- Select Update.
