JZ20 printer prints partial cut-off shipping labels in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

Issue

Partial or cut-off labels are generated using the JZ20 label printer.

Cause

Paper size needs to be changed to print 4x6 labels.

Resolution

1. On your computer, open the Control Panel.
2. Click View devices & printers.
3. Right-click on Label Printer.
4. Click Printing Preferences.
5. Change the Media Settings to the following:
   • Width: 4"
   • Height: 6"
6. Under Media Type, select the appropriate roll type, for example, Continuous labels or Labels with gaps.
7. Click OK.
