JZ22 (ZD621) printer prints partial cut-off shipping labels in PitneyShip Pro or PitneyShip Enterprise

Issue

Partial or cut-off labels are generated using the JZ22 (ZD621) label printer.

Cause

Paper size needs to be changed to print 4x6 labels.

Resolution

The default paper size for the JZ22 (ZD621) printer is 4x3 or 3x2 and needs to be changed to print a 4x6 label.

1. On your computer, open the Control Panel.
2. Click View devices & printers.
3. Right-click on ZDesigner ZD621-203dpi ZPL.
4. Click Printing Preferences.
5. Change the Media Settings to the following:
   • Width: 4"
   • Height: 6"
6. Under Media Type, select the appropriate roll type, for example, Continuous labels or Labels with gaps.
7. Click OK.
