Latest Updates

Enhanced Reporting navigation

To simplify navigation, the module now uses a vertical side navigation panel, making it easier to locate and switch between reports quickly. Additional improvements include the ability to schedule and export reports, save favorites, customize views and columns, and a UI toggle that lets users switch between the new and classic layouts. We also expanded Group By support to 16 levels in the Spend Summary Report, and reports can now be exported in Excel and CSV formats.

Scheduled Reports now visible in the Exports tab

The Exports tab now shows all Scheduled Reports, including those delivered by email or SFTP, making them easy to find and download. Each report entry displays its name, job ID, type, status, format, and export date and time. A download link is available for every scheduled report, and all items follow the standard 7 day retention period, after which they automatically expire and are removed from the list.

Delivery Guarantee and Sender Details added to Shipment Details report

The Shipment Details Report now includes a Delivery Guarantee column and filter, along with additional Sender and Cost Account fields to give users more complete shipment information.

The new Delivery Guarantee field shows Yes/No for services that include a delivery guarantee, and the filter (defaulting to All) lets users narrow results as needed.

New sender fields such as Sender Phone, Company, Address Lines 1–3, City, State, and Country have been added, along with a Cost Account Description that shows the full account hierarchy using the ~ separator. These fields are added but not selected by default. All new fields and filters are fully supported across the UI, exports (Excel, CSV, PDF), and Scheduled Reports delivered by email or SFTP.

User Name added to Refill Reports

We’ve improved visibility into who performs each refill by adding a User Name field to both the Refill History Report and the Refill Report. The new column appears at the end of the list, is off by default, and follows existing identity rules showing the user’s name for non‑SSO logins and their email for SSO logins. The field is fully supported in all export formats, including Excel, CSV, PDF, and in Scheduled Reports sent by email or SFTP. The Refill Report also now includes a Group By: User Name option, using the same identity logic.

Package Location added to Receiving Reports

We’ve improved package visibility in Receiving Reports by adding a new Package Location column. This shows the package’s current location, not just the recipient’s location, helping teams quickly pinpoint misplaced or redirected items. When the two locations don’t match, users can immediately spot the discrepancy and take action. The new field appears next to Location Match, is off by default, and can be enabled as needed. It is fully supported across all export formats—Excel, CSV, PDF—as well as Scheduled Reports delivered by email or SFTP.

Improved Handling of Duplicate Tracking Numbers

PitneyTrack now fully supports duplicate tracking numbers within the same client by treating each event as a separate record. Instead of merging entries with the same tracking number, Analytics now uses Asset ID as the unique identifier, ensuring each record appears individually. This enhancement applies across all Analytics surfaces including Receiving Reports and the Receiving Dashboard, so duplicate tracking numbers are always displayed accurately without being combined or suppressed.
