"Orders cannot be shipped together" message in PitneyShip Enterprise
The message "Orders cannot be shipped together" occurs if the addresses of the scanned orders do not match exactly.
Issue
When shipping multiple orders to the same address together, the message "Orders cannot be shipped together" appears.
Cause
The addresses do not match exactly.
Resolution
Check the addresses ono the orders and make sure that they are exactly the same. Things to look for:
- Capitalization
- Spaces
- Punctuation
- Abbreviations
Click OK to close the message, then update the orders so that the addresses match exactly.
