What's New

Enhanced Tracking Number search in Shipment Details report

The Shipment Details Report has been enhanced to allow users to search for tracking numbers across the entire dataset. Previously, search results were limited to records displayed in the user interface, such as the first 1,000 entries. This made it difficult for users with large shipment volumes to find specific records without manually going through multiple pages.

With this update, a server-side search has been introduced for the tracking number field. This enables users to search across all records in the dataset, not just those currently loaded on the screen, making it much faster and easier to locate shipment details.

Users can now quickly retrieve tracking information even if the record is not part of the initial results, eliminating the need to navigate through pagination. Other fields will continue to follow the existing search behavior within the user interface.

Latest Updates

Shipment status visibility in Shipment Details report

The Shipment Details Report has been enhanced to clearly display the shipment statuses Cancelled by User in the Delivery Status column. Previously, shipments with these statuses appeared blank, which caused confusion during tracking and analysis. This update improves accuracy and provides better visibility into each shipment’s lifecycle. Now, the Delivery Status column correctly reflects these statuses. Cancelled by User indicates that a shipping label was cancelled before the shipment was processed.

It’s important to note that a cancelled label can still be reused for shipping later, but once a shipment has been manifested or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The Cancelled by User status is supported for select carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
