Canada Post (CPC) Pickup Capability
PitneyShip Enterprise now supports pickup functionality for Canada Post Corporation (CPC) shipments, enhancing the shipping experience for Canadian users. With this update, users can schedule, manage, and track carrier pickups directly within the product, creating a more streamlined and efficient workflow.
This new capability allows users to schedule pickups by selecting the pickup date, time window, and shipment quantity. Users can also cancel pickups when needed, view real-time pickup status updates provided by the carrier, and print pickup confirmation receipts. In addition, pickup history is available for tracking, reporting, and support purposes, giving users full visibility and control over their pickup operations.
Purolator Pickup Capability
PitneyShip Enterprise - Fulfillment now supports pickup functionality for Purolator shipments, providing Canadian users with a more streamlined way to manage their shipping operations. With this enhancement, users can schedule, manage, and monitor Purolator pickups directly within the product.
Users can schedule pickups by selecting the pickup date, time window, and shipment quantity, and can cancel pickups when necessary. If a cancellation request cannot be processed due to carrier cutoff times, users will receive clear error messages from the carrier. Additional features include printing pickup confirmation receipts, viewing real-time pickup status updates, and accessing pickup history for tracking and support purposes.
This only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.
Pallet Weight Option for Shipments
A new checkbox has been added to allow users to include pallet weight in their shipments. When selected, users can enter the pallet weight, which is then added to the total shipment weight. The combined weight (unit weight plus pallet weight) will appear on the printed Bill of Lading (BOL) and on the History page for the shipment record. This feature is available for custom freight carriers.
This only applies to the warehouse fulfillment version of PitneyShip Enterprise.
Intelcom carrier integration
This release adds support for Intelcom carrier integration in PitneyShip Enterprise - Fulfillment, expanding shipping capabilities for Canadian users. The integration includes carrier onboarding, rate shopping, label generation, shipment tracking, proof of delivery retrieval, manifest and end-of-day processing, and improved error handling for a seamless shipping experience.
Users can now add Intelcom as a carrier through the carrier onboarding process and access accurate rates, transit times, and available services, including special service options. The system supports generating shipping labels, tracking numbers, summary receipts, manifests, and proof of shipment.
Beyond the standard shipping flow, users can perform actions such as voiding labels, managing shipping manifests, tracking shipments, and accessing proof of delivery.
Some limitations apply: international shipping is not supported, pickup or scheduled pickup options are unavailable, and multi-piece shipments are restricted in certain scenarios.

Latest Updates
UPS Schedule Pickup charge visibility
With this release, the UPS Schedule Pickup process has been updated to show the pickup charge directly on the screen. This change applies to all UPS account types. Pickup charges will only appear once all required fields for scheduling a pickup have been completed. If rates are unavailable, the pickup charge will not be displayed, and users may encounter rating errors when trying to schedule a pickup.
