Additional flexible billing options for Purolator Freight shipments
A new Bill To option has been added for Purolator Freight shipments, giving users more flexibility in how freight charges are billed. Previously, all freight charges could only be billed to the sender. With this enhancement, charges can now be billed to the Sender, Recipient, or a Third Party, making it easier to support a wider range of shipping scenarios.
When Recipient or Third Party billing is selected, the application captures the required billing account and payer information based on the chosen billing party, helping ensure accurate shipment processing and billing.

NoRate shipping now supports ZPL label printing and reprints
The NoRate shipping workflow has been enhanced to support shipping labels in ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) format for Zebra printers. During shipment creation, users can now choose to generate ZPL labels for NoRate shipments, with an experience that is consistent with the existing PDF label option. The system preserves the original label format used when the shipment is created, allowing users to retrieve and reprint the same ZPL label from Shipment History. This enhancement supports both single-piece and multi-piece shipments while continuing to support existing PDF label generation and reprint functionality.
Enhanced Activity Audit Logging for authentication and User Access Management
The Activity List (Activity Audit Log) now provides improved visibility into authentication and user access management activities. It captures unsuccessful login attempts with key details such as failure reason, timestamp, user information, and available source information. The audit log also tracks user role management actions, including role creation, updates, deletion, assignment, and removal. These enhancements provide a centralized, searchable audit trail that strengthens security monitoring, compliance, and governance.

Dangerous Goods support for Purolator Freight shipments
Purolator Freight workflows now support Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments, allowing users to process DG freight shipments using Purolator Standard LTL and Purolator Expedited LTL services. Supported special services include Dangerous Goods (Placards Required), Dangerous Goods (Placards Not Required), and Protect from Freezing.
This enhancement enables carrier-compliant Dangerous Goods processing for both single and multi-shipment workflows. DG-enabled Bills of Lading (BOLs) are supported, Dangerous Goods indicators are displayed on shipping labels, and DG shipment details are recorded in Shipment History to improve visibility and tracking.
To help ensure regulatory compliance, users must acknowledge Dangerous Goods documentation requirements before processing shipments that include applicable DG special services.

Enhanced Shipping Labels with ORDER_ID Support
Shipping labels have been enhanced to support the existing ORDER_ID shipment option. When an ORDER_ID is provided in the Memo/Reference field, it is now displayed in the Order # field on the shipping label before the order number, making order information easier to identify and reference.
If no ORDER_ID is provided, the Order # field remains blank. Existing tracking information, including the Tracking Number, Trace Number, and Tracking Barcode, continues to be printed on the shipping label regardless of whether an ORDER_ID is present. This enhancement applies to shipments processed with QC (Quick Connector) and Armour carriers.

Streamlined Freight services for QC and Armour carriers
The QC (Quick Connector) freight service structure has been simplified and aligned with the existing Armour service model to create a more consistent freight shipping experience across carriers. As part of this enhancement, multiple QC service levels have been consolidated into a single service, RGL (Regular), and existing QC delivery service levels have been converted into selectable Special Services.
Additional Armour Special Services have also been introduced to support the standardized freight service model. Users can now select delivery options such as Curbside Delivery, Room of Choice, Inside Delivery, White Glove, and Hold for Pickup (HFP), providing greater flexibility to meet a variety of delivery needs.

Enhanced Package Reference visibility in Shipping History
Shipping History has been enhanced to provide greater visibility into shipment and package details by displaying package-level reference fields for eligible shipments. Users can now view both shipment-level and package-level references for multipiece shipments, making it easier to track and manage package-specific information.
Shipment-level references are available in the Accounting and References section of the All Item Summary, while package-level references are displayed in the Package References section for each package unit. This enhancement supports package-level references for multipiece shipments created through both the user interface (UI) and API, as well as single-piece API shipments when package references are provided.
For single-piece shipments created through the UI, the existing behavior remains unchanged, and package-level references are not displayed.

Native ZPL label support for Intelcom shipments
Native ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) label generation is now available for Intelcom shipments, allowing users to generate and print shipping labels directly in ZPL format for Zebra and other compatible thermal printers. This enhancement helps streamline the printing process by eliminating the need to convert labels from PDF format before printing.
The new capability supports single-piece Intelcom shipments and enables direct printing to Zebra and other thermal printers. Existing PDF label generation functionality remains available, giving users the flexibility to choose the label format that best fits their printing needs.
