Improved BPN validation for Supply Ordering
The platform now validates Account Number/BPN (Business Partner Number) information for locations to help prevent supply-ordering issues. The BPN field remains optional, but when a value is entered, the system checks its validity and displays a warning if it is invalid. Locations with an invalid BPN cannot access Supply Links until a valid BPN is provided. Existing invalid BPNs will not be automatically corrected, and previously available Supply Links for those existing locations may remain visible.
Flexible Discount and Deduction rules
PitneyAnalytics now provides a flexible negative surcharge rules framework that allows pricing teams to create targeted discounts and adjustments. Rules can use multiple conditions, percentage or fixed-amount reductions, and enterprise, division, or location-level settings. Multiple rules can apply independently to the same transaction, with location rules taking priority over division and enterprise rules. The framework also supports multi-piece shipments and prevents reductions from lowering transaction or piece totals below zero. Applied adjustments are included in refund processing, spend summaries, and shipment detail reports for accurate financial tracking. Users can activate or deactivate rules as needed without deleting them.

Improved Package Location details in the Undelivered Report
The Receiving Undelivered Report in now includes a Package Location column to help users more accurately identify where an undelivered package was expected or staged. The new field combines Building, Floor, and Mailstop information and can be selected for display in the report or included in CSV, Excel, and PDF exports. The existing Site information and report filters remain unchanged.
