PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes version 1.133.0 (November 4, 2026)

PitneyTrack Enterprise Release Notes for version 1.133.0 (November 4, 2026).

What's New

Web browser and mobile app: Contact Management Permissions Now Control Package Access

Contact Management permissions have been enhanced to ensure that only users with the appropriate access can perform package operations on web and mobile. Users without Add Contact, Edit Contact, Delete Contact, or View Contact permission can still see package KPI counts on the dashboard, but they cannot open the KPIs or access restricted package workflows. If they try, a message explains that they do not have the required permission and should contact their administrator.

On web, this restriction applies to package workflows such as Receive, Edit Package, Deliver, Pouch, Package Activity, Expected Packages, Exported Data, Bulk Update, Bulk Deliver, package search, and KPI navigation. On mobile, it applies to Receive, Edit, Deliver, Pouch, Checkpoint, Quick Receive, Place in Locker, and dashboard KPI navigation, including when working online or offline and after synchronization. Users with at least one applicable Contact Management permission can continue to access package workflows based on their existing permissions.

Web browser and mobile app: Reserve lockers across multiple locations

Users with Reserve Locker access can now select locker banks from any site or location they are permitted to use. When Location-Independent Locker Bank Selection is enabled, users are no longer limited to the site selected on the landing page, making it easier to reserve a locker from the Receive or Edit Package workflow. Locker banks outside the user’s permitted access remain hidden.

Latest Updates

Web browser and mobile app: Undelivered KPI updated to reflect two years of package data

The Undelivered KPI has been updated to include packages from the last two years, aligning the count with the package data retention period and ensuring it matches the data available throughout the application.

For users on the new dashboard, Undelivered package statuses will continue to be based on the configured status group. For users on the old dashboard, existing Undelivered configurations and status mappings will also remain unchanged. Only the date range used to calculate the package count has changed.

To make the reporting period clearer on desktop and mobile, Undelivered is now labeled “Last 2 Years: Undelivered,” and Today Undelivered is now “Today: Undelivered.” For users on the new dashboard, any custom name configured for the Undelivered category will automatically appear in these labels.

Web browser and mobile app: Undelivered Status Groups Now Determine Mailroom Pickup Eligibility

PitneyTrack Enterprise now uses Status Groups instead of individual legacy statuses to determine which packages are eligible for Mailroom Pickup By delivery. Packages assigned to the UNDELIVERED Status Group will be available for delivery, while packages in the CLOSED Status Group will be excluded. Custom statuses will follow their configured Status Group, and any changes to that group will automatically update package eligibility.

This logic applies to applicable Mailroom Pickup By workflows on desktop and mobile. On the mobile Manifest page, packages will continue to be listed based on statuses with a default Status Category of Undelivered.

Mobile app: More time to complete Locker loading

Users now have 5 minutes of inactivity before a Frontloading session times out. This gives users more time to complete locker loading activities and helps reduce unexpected locker disconnections and interruptions.

View Package photos in receiving email notifications

Receiving email notifications can now include Package Photos, allowing recipients to view images associated with their package directly from the email. Users with Manage Notifications access can add the Package Photo variable to supported Receiving Notification templates under Settings > Notification and Templates. Available photos are attached when the notification is sent, and if no photos are available, the email is sent without attachments. This option is available only for Receiving Notifications.
