Returning a Postage meter

Learn how to return an upgraded or defective postage meter to Pitney Bowes.
  1. Fill in your phone number, company name, and address in the Sender/From field on the Purolator® shipping label that came with your new product.
  2. Put the old postage meter or other product back into the box your new product came in. Include all packing materials to protect the product during shipping.
    • Important:
      • Remove all previous shipping labels from the packaging.
      • If you have multiple items for pick-up, contact [email protected].
  3. Tape the box securely so it doesn't come apart during shipping.
  4. Attach the return label you filled out in step 1 to the outside of the box. Remove any other address labels that might be on the box.
  5. Contact Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 to pick up the package.

Notes:

  • If the equipment weighs more than 30 kg (65 lbs), email Pitney Bowes at [email protected] for help.
  • In some remote areas of Canada, Purolator may not provide service. You might need to drop off the package at the nearest Purolator Depot/Agent or contact Pitney Bowes at [email protected] to arrange alternate shipping with Canada Post.
