Reset a forgotten password
- Go to the sign in page.
- Select the Forgot Your Password? link.
- Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email that is sent to you.
Update a password
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select the profile icon and click Password & Security.
- Enter a new password, and then confirm the new password.
- Choose a password security question and answer if one is not already set.
- Select Save Changes.
