Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to the sign in page.
  2. Select the Forgot Your Password? link.
  3. Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
  4. Click the Reset Password button in the email that is sent to you.

Update a password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select the profile icon and click Password & Security.

  3. Enter a new password, and then confirm the new password.
  4. Choose a password security question and answer if one is not already set.
  5. Select Save Changes.
