How to view a copy of your contract or statement

You will receive statements depending on the billing frequency agreed on the Contract.

However, a statement can be sent to you upon request. Contact a Pitney Bowes support representative 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday via phone at 1-800-672-6937 to request a statement of your Status of Account and discuss possible changes to your billing frequency.
