Creating a custom preset on the DM300C, DM400C and DM475

Learn how to create a custom preset on the DM300C, DM400C, and DM475.

Follow these steps to create a custom preset:
  1. Select Class and choose your desired carrier.
  2. Select your extra services, ads or account options.
  3. Press Menu.
  4. ​Press the Page Down button once.
  5. Select Preset Options.
  6. Select Create New Custom Preset.
  7. Lift the cover and type in a name for your preset.
  8. Select OK when finished.
  9. Select OK to store the settings and return to the Home screen.
