If you get a bad test print pattern, clean your print nozzles to try to correct the problem.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the global toolbar.
- Scroll down to the Envelope Printer Settings section.
- Tap the Mail Printer Maintenance button.
- Tap Clean Print Nozzle.
- Once the cleaning operation completes, you are prompted to print another test pattern. If the new pattern still has broken or missing lines, you may need to replace the ink cartridge or print head.
