Setting the low funds warning on the mailstation series

Set your low funds warning value as a reminder to add more postage to your meter.

Follow these steps to set your low funds warning value:

On your meter:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press the Review arrow keys until the display says Change Setup? and press Enter/Yes.
  3. Press the Review arrow keys until the display says Change low funds warning? and press Enter/Yes.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Press Enter/Yes.
  6. Press No to return to the Home screen.

On your computer, if using PC Meter Connect:
  1. Select My Meter.
  2. Select Meter Settings.
  3. Select Warnings.
  4. In the Low Fund Warning field, enter the amount (up to $999999.99) at which you want the system to prompt you with the low funds warning.
  5. Select Apply.
