Removing funds from the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Contact Pitney Bowes to remove funds from your Print on Envelopes account.
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (8H10), SendPro® C Auto (9H10)

Your device has a different accounts for the Print on Envelopes app and the Create Shipping Labels app. Funds can only be removed from the Print on Envelopes account.

To remove funds from your Print on Envelopes account, contact Pitney Bowes support. Have your model and serial number ready.

If you cannot connect to Pitney Bowes through your device, or if you have a blank screen, you may not be able to transfer your funds to your account. Return your device to Pitney Bowes and your funds get credited to your account within 6 to 10 business days after Pitney Bowes receives your device.
