Creating a Canada Post Manifest Schedule in PitneyShip Enterprise

Administrators can schedule, run, and track Canada Post manifest processing automatically. This automates Canada Post manifest processing, reduces manual effort, improves visibility, and helps ensure shipments are manifested on time every day.

Administrators can schedule, run, and track Canada Post manifest processing automatically. This automates Canada Post manifest processing, reduces manual effort, improves visibility, and helps ensure shipments are manifested on time every day.

Note: The Manage Manifest Scheduler and View Manifest Scheduler Role permissions are required in order to access this feature.

Enabling Canada Post Manifests

  1. Select Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select Enable manifest for all Canada Post shipments.

Creating a Canada Post Manifest schedule

  1. From the menu at the top, select Shipping & Mailing > Canada Post Manifest.
  2. Select the Schedules tab.
  3. Select +Schedule Manifest.
  4. Enter a name for the manifest.
  5. Select the carrier accounts for which you wish to create the manifest.
  6. Under Schedule, select the Day, Time, and Timezone you want to run the schedule for.
  7. (Optional) To send a notification email when the manifest schedule runs, select Manifest Success or Manifest Failure. Enter the email addresses (up to ten), separated by commas.
  8. Leave the Status set to Active.
  9. Select Schedule.

Running the Manifest schedule manually

If needed, you can manually run the scheduled manifest on demand.

  1. From the menu at the top, select Shipping & Mailing > Canada Post Manifest.
  2. Select the Schedules tab.
  3. Select the run icon.

Viewing Manifest schedule history

  1. From the menu at the top, select Shipping & Mailing > Canada Post Manifest.
  2. Select the History tab.
  3. Use the filters at the top of the list to locate the schedule run you wish to view.
