Steve Fischer

Steve Fischer is the President of The Pitney Bowes Bank (“PB Bank”).

Steve is a seasoned financial services executive with more than 30 years of experience across banking, financial services, and public accounting. He has a strong track record of driving profitable growth and creating long-term value. 

Previously, Steve served as CEO of TIAA Bank, where he led the organization’s growth to more than $35 billion in assets. His experience also includes senior roles at TIAA Bank and EverBank, as well as nearly two decades at Deloitte advising major financial institutions. 

A member of the Executive Team, Steve brings strategic vision, regulatory expertise, and operational discipline to support the continued growth of Pitney Bowes Bank.
