Voiding a FedEx or UPS label in the PitneyShip Mobile App

You can void a UPS and FedEx shipping label so that its cost will not be applied to your UPS or FedEx invoice. This applies to UPS and FedEx only. For USPS, you must request a refund.

You can void a UPS or FedEx shipping label so that its cost will not be applied to your invoice. This applies to UPS and FedEx only. For USPS, you must request a refund.

  1. Find the shipment for which you wish to request a refund in the History or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen.
  2. Tap the shipment.
  3. Tap the 3 dots menu in the upper right. SendPro Mobile 3 dots menu
  4. Tap Void Label.
  5. Check the box and tap Continue.
