Checking the MAC address for wired and wireless networks on the SendPro Mailstation
A MAC address is a hardware identification number that uniquely identifies each device on a network. Your SendPro Mailstation uses separate MAC addresses for wired and wireless connections. Follow these steps to view the current MAC address of a connected device.

A MAC address is a hardware identification number that uniquely identifies each device on a network. Your device uses separate MAC addresses for wired and wireless connections. On the back of the devict, you'll find both the wired (1) and wireless (2) MAC addresses on a sticker under the LAN port.
To view the current MAC address of a connected device:
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap the right arrow to advance to the next page.
- Tap the right arrow to advance to the next page.
- Tap About Device.
- Tap the right arrow to advance to the next page.
- The MAC address displayed is based on the current connectivity type of the unit (wired vs wireless). If your device is not connected to a network, this field will be blank.
