In order to find the correct information for your printer, you need to know the model number.
To locate the Printer Model Number (PCN), check the label on the bottom of the printer.
If you are using the printer with a SendPro C Postage meter, your printer may be attached to a stand. Remove the printer from the stand to locate the model and serial number on the bottom of the printer.
Note that the serial number is blurred out here for security reasons.
