When attempting to view a signature in SendSuite® Tracking version 11.7, the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." is displayed.
As of version 11.7, Pathfinder has been removed from SendSuite Tracking. As a result, a dependent registry value was inadvertently removed. The missing value prevents SendSuite Tracking from importing signatures captured on TAPlus.
This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
