"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" message in SendSuite Tracking

Learn how to resolve the message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when attempting to view a signature in SendSuite Tracking 11.7.

Issue

When attempting to view a signature in SendSuite® Tracking version 11.7, the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." is displayed.

Cause

As of version 11.7, Pathfinder has been removed from SendSuite Tracking. As a result, a dependent registry value was inadvertently removed. The missing value prevents SendSuite Tracking from importing signatures captured on TAPlus.

Resolution

This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
