Managing payment methods in Your Account

Sign in to Your Account to manage your payment methods, including adding, removing, and updating your payment methods.

Use Your Account to add, update, or remove payment methods for billing and payments.

Important: Credit card payments may incur a surcharge fee of up to 3% of the total payment amount. To avoid surcharge fees, pay using a bank account (ACH).

Add a bank account (ACH)

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account.
  3. Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  4. Select Add a Bank Account.
  5. In the Plaid window, select Continue.
    Important: If you already use Plaid, signing in with your phone number may link your personal Plaid account. To connect a different bank account, select Continue without phone number.
  6. After choosing a verification method, follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.

Choose a verification method:

Option 1: Instant verification (recommended)

  • Sign in to your online bank account through Plaid to securely verify your information immediately. This is the fastest setup option and is supported by most major banks.

Option 2: Manual verification

  • Enter your routing and account numbers manually. Verification may be immediate or can take 1–2 business days for eligible banks.

Add a Credit card

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account.
  3. Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  4. Select Add a Credit Card.
  5. Enter your card details and click Save.

Remove a payment method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account.
  3. Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  4. Locate the payment method you want to remove and and select Delete.

Update a payment method

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Select Your Account.
  3. Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  4. Locate the credit card you want to update and select Edit.
  5. Enter the details of the new payment method and select Save.

Note: Bank account details cannot be edited. To update bank information, delete the existing bank account and add a new one.
