Issue
When printing an ERR coversheet in the Certified Mail app, the message "Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed." appears.

Resolution
- Load the Certified Mail App.
- Click the ECertified tab.
- Click back to the ERR tab.
- Select a different output.
- Check Update my default options.
- Ship the package. Important: It may fail, but that is okay. Proceed with the rest of the instructions.
- Reload the Certified Mail App.
- Select the needed output.
- Check Update my default options.
- Ship the package.
