Registering for a Your Account profile

Follow these instructions to register for the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal. 

To register and verify Your Account, you will need 

• Your 10 or 16-digit account number, which can be found on your invoice or welcome email.
• Your meter serial number or a recent invoice number or amount.

Register for the Your Account portal

1. Go to the registration page. 
2. Enter your email address and account number and press Continue. 
3. Select an option to confirm your information.
4. Enter the information to confirm your account and click Submit.
5. Enter your contact details and password and click Submit. 
6. Select the link from the authentication email sent to Validate your account. 
   • Check your junk or spam folder if this email does not arrive.
7. After you register, you will be taken to the Sign In page, where you can sign in to your online profile.
