Uploading a new graphic on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P-Series, SendPro Mailstation, SendPro MailCenter and SendPro C-series

You can upload a new graphic to your device by signing in to your account, selecting the appropriate meter, and using the MyGraphics tool to upload, customize, and publish your image.

Before you begin

• Graphics may be color or black and white. Files must be in .bmp, .jpg, .gif or .png format and may not be larger than 12MB. 
• Graphics must be between 0.5 inches - 6.0 inches in length and .0.867 inches in height. The SendPro Mailstation uses a 461 x 248 pixel image.
• Upload graphics via your PC. Do not use your meter for this process.

Uploading a graphic

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the Your Products section, select the Connect+, SendPro P or SendPro Mailstation meter for which you wish to upload a graphic.
3. From the Popular Tasks menu, select My Graphics.
4. Select the product(s) on which you wish to use the graphic.
5. Select Start Creating New MyGraphics.
6. Accept the terms and conditions.
7. Select the Text Only or Image + Text.
8. Select Browse my computer.
9. Select the image file from your computer.
10. Select the desired graphic size.
11. Select Next.
12. Customize your image in the MyGraphics designer.
13. Select Next to preview your graphic.
14. Select Upload now.

When your graphic is ready, press Rates and Updates from the home screen to download your graphic.
