Printing a shipping label on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Use Create Shipping Labels to get the best pricing, free tracking, and detailed delivery history for USPS package services. You can also send via UPS or FedEx. The packaging options and benefits are almost identical.

 
  1. Tap the carrier you wish to use.

  2. Verify that the sender address is correct. If not, tap on the Sender field and select a new address.

  3. Select an account if cost accounts are enabled. Verify the selected cost account. Tap Cost Account and select an account to change or add the account..

  4. Tap the Down Arrow.
  5. Enter the recipient address manually or tap Address book to select one from the address book.

  6. Tap the Down Arrow.
  7. Tap the packaging type drop down and select the type of package you are sending.

  8. Enter the dimensions and weight of the package:
    • Tap each dimension and enter a value. Tap the green check mark to cycle through each field and when done.

    • If you have an attached scale, place the package on the scale and tap Get Weight. Tap Scale and the weight appears. Tap Apply.
    • If you do not have a scale, enter the weight in lbs, then tap the green arrow, enter the oz (if applicable), then tap the green arrow.
  9. Tap the Down Arrow.
  10. Tap the service you wish to use.

  11. Select any extra services that you want to use (if available) and select Choose Service.

  12. To print the label, tap Print Label.

  13. Tap the Select Print Size menu and select the label size.

  14. (Optional) If you want to email the label, scroll to the Email Label button. Tap Email Label and then enter the desired email address. Tap Email to email the label.
  15. (Optional) Tap Print Sample to print a sample label.
  16. Tap Print again and the label prints.
    • You may need to enter the Sender and Recipient's phone number, as it is required for some services.
  17. The carrier screen reappears.
