Creating a USPS return label on the Connect+, SendPro P or SendPro MailCenter

You can create a USPS return label for a shipment so that the recipient can send it back to you.

Creating the return label from a shipping label you’ve just printed

1. On the Carrier screen the message Label Completed appears. Select Create Return Label.
2. Follow the same steps for Creating a shipping label on the Connect+ and SendPro P or printing a shipping label on the SendPro MailCenter.

Creating the return label from the History screen

1. Select History on the Home screen.
2. Find your label in the list or by using the search box.
3. Click the > arrow in the left of the column list, next to the shipment’s date, to reveal the shipment’s details.
4. Select Create Return Label.
5. Follow the same steps for Creating a shipping label on the Connect+ and SendPro P or printing a shipping label on the SendPro MailCenter.
