If you need to request a refund for unused or misprinted USPS stamps (sheets or rolls) created using SendPro Enterprise, you must submit your refund request directly to USPS.

If you need to request a refund for unused or misprinted USPS stamps (sheets or rolls) created using SendPro Enterprise, you must submit your refund request directly to USPS.

USPS is solely responsible for reviewing and approving refund requests. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Before you begin

Please note the following before submitting a refund request:

  • Not all USPS stamps qualify for a refund.
  • USPS determines refund eligibility based on its own requirements.
  • Requests that do not meet USPS requirements may be denied.
  • Pitney Bowes cannot submit, track, or escalate USPS stamp refund requests.

Submitting a refund request to USPS

To request a refund for USPS stamps created using SendPro Enterprise, follow the USPS refund process below.

  1. Confirm eligibility. Review USPS refund requirements to determine whether your stamp sheets or rolls qualify for a refund. Eligibility is determined solely by USPS.
  2. Complete the required form. Complete PS Form 3533 (Refund of Unused PC Postage), ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  3. Submit your request to USPS. Send the completed form directly to USPS along with any required documentation and original, unused stamps, following USPS instructions.
  4. Track the request with USPS. USPS manages the review, approval, and refund process, including reimbursement and timing. Pitney Bowes does not receive status updates and cannot intervene in USPS refund decisions.

SendPro Enterprise supports:

  • Viewing stamp purchase history.
  • Accessing transaction and account details required for USPS documentation.

SendPro Enterprise does not support:

  • Submitting USPS stamp refund requests through SendPro Enterprise
  • Determining refund eligibility
  • Tracking, approving, or guaranteeing refunds
