"Must not be null" message when printing a shipping label on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Validate the sender address or verify the correct ZIP code to resolve the "Must not be null" message when printing a shipping label.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)

Issue

The message "Must not be null" appears after you tap Print in the Create Shipping Labels app.

Cause

The sender address is not validating or the SCAN form ZIP field is blank.

Resolution

Solution 1

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Label Options.
  4. Scroll down and verify that the correct ZIP Code is in the Ship from ZIP for all SCAN form labels.

If Solution 1 does not resolve the issue, go to Solution 2.


Solution 2

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Address Book.
  4. Tap in the Recipient box and select Senders.
  5. Tap on your sender address.
  6. Tap on the Edit icon to edit your sender address.
  7. Remove the +4 digits for the ZIP Code and tap Save.
