"Must not be null" message when printing a trackable label on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+

Validate the sender address or verify the correct ZIP code to resolve the "Must not be null" message when printing a trackable label
Applies to SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ models with PCN 2H00 or 8H00

The message "Must not be null" appears after tapping Print in Create Shipping Labels on SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+.

The sender address is not validating or the SCAN form ZIP field is blank.

Solution 1

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Label Options.
  4. Scroll down and verify that the correct ZIP Code is in the Ship from ZIP for all SCAN form labels.

If Solution I does not resolve the issue, go to Solution 2.

Solution 2

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Address Book.
  4. Tap in the Recipient box and select Senders.
  5. Tap on your sender address.
  6. Tap on the edit icon to edit your sender address.
  7. Remove the +4 digits for the ZIP Code and tap Save.

Issue

The message "Must not be null" appears after tapping Print in Trackable Labels.

Cause

The sender address is not validating or the SCAN form ZIP field is blank. 

Resolution

Solution 1

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Label Options.
  4. Scroll down and verify that the correct ZIP Code is in the Ship from ZIP for all SCAN form labels.

If Solution I does not resolve the issue, go to Solution 2.


Solution 2

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the toolbar.
  2. Scroll down to Shipping Settings.
  3. Tap Address Book.
  4. Tap in the Recipient box and select Senders.
  5. Tap on your sender address.
  6. Tap on the Edit icon to edit your sender address.
  7. Remove the +4 digits for the ZIP Code and tap Save.
