All Reference Fields not added to FedEx Label in SendPro Enterprise

Issue

When adding Reference Fields to a FedEx Label, SendPro® Enterprise does not add all of the Reference Fields to the FedEx Label.

Resolution

These FedEx Web Services values will appear as follows:
  • CUSTOMER_REFERENCE = SendPro Enterprise Shipper Reference field - Customer Reference will appear on both Express and Ground labels as well as Express and Ground invoices.
  • P_O_NUMBER = SendPro Enterprise Field Reference One - PO Number will appear on both Express and Ground labels as well as Express and Ground invoices.
  • INVOICE_NUMBER = SendPro Enterprise Field Reference Two - The Invoice Number will appear on Express and Ground labels, but only Express Invoices.
